Welcome to MotionLinkz. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
You agree not to use MotionLinkz to:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You must be at least 13 years of age to use MotionLinkz.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to MotionLinkz, including videos, images, and text. By uploading content, you grant MotionLinkz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of the billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your content and data following account termination.
You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotionLinkz and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Michigan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
